Group Classes

‘Surround yourself with fitness-minded people. Positivity can be contagious.’

The group classes comprise of a small bunch of only 4-6 girls, to make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way & getting the required attention, depending on their fitness levels.

The group classes are structured around all forms of Pilates: Matwork with bodyweight, theraband, pilates circle, blocks & foam rollers, sliders, core & more, Pilates Suspend, Pilates on equipment: reformer, Cadillac, tower and chair.

A variety of other workout routines are taught too to challenge the body to push harder with Trx Suspension training, Doonya Bollywood Fitness, Strong Nation, and Aqua Zumba.

Schedule:

Mornings:

  • Mon & Fri 11 am
  • Tue & Thu 10 am
  • Sat 10.30 am

Evenings:

  • Tue & Thu 4.30 pm

 

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
It’s a great way to get a definition of the muscles.

PILATES MAT

 

PILATES MAT :
Mat Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises, done on the mat using one’s own body weight. Balance, stability, breathing & concentration are the keywords here that are achieved in the flow.

 

PILATES REFORMER

 

PILATES REFORMER :
The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment that looks like a low bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes, and pulleys. It is the most versatile and effective piece of exercise equipment ever made…plus it’s great fun! The exercises usually work muscles through a large range of motion which is ideal for building and toning muscles as well as increasing stability through the joints.
