Group Classes
‘Surround yourself with fitness-minded people. Positivity can be contagious.’
The group classes comprise of a small bunch of only 4-6 girls, to make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way & getting the required attention, depending on their fitness levels.
The group classes are structured around all forms of Pilates: Matwork with bodyweight, theraband, pilates circle, blocks & foam rollers, sliders, core & more, Pilates Suspend, Pilates on equipment: reformer, Cadillac, tower and chair.
A variety of other workout routines are taught too to challenge the body to push harder with Trx Suspension training, Doonya Bollywood Fitness, Strong Nation, and Aqua Zumba.

Evenings:

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.
It’s a great way to get a definition of the muscles.

PILATES MAT :
Mat Pilates is an effective, precise set of exercises, done on the mat using one’s own body weight. Balance, stability, breathing & concentration are the keywords here that are achieved in the flow.
