Private classes are structured around the client’s goals by creating workouts according to their fitness levels to strike a balance that motivates them mentally and physically, in the long run.
All forms of Pilates are taught to build core strength and tone. Pilates Matwork with bodyweight training, Pilates with small equipment/ accessories like theraband, pilates circle, blocks & foam rollers, sliders, core & more, Pilates Suspend, Pilates on equipment: reformer, Cadillac, tower and chair.
Prenatal Pilates & Postnatal Pilates classes are taught individually, to build strength during and after pregnancy.

PILATES CADILLAC :
The Pilates Cadillac is a piece of equipment that most closely represents that of a bed with a frame. It has added springs for support and challenge. Exercises on the Cadillac help to develop gorgeous lean muscles and improve blood flow and circulation.
